My name is Dr. Jeni Waeltz. I am a veterinarian, certified professional coach, and a 7-figure mobile veterinary practice owner.

In January 2019, I was asked a simple question after having a young colleague share his big dream —
So, Jeni, what’s your dream? You know what? I had no clue. I had already achieved everything I set out to do. Everything except LETTING GO of the FEARS holding me back, BEING BRAVE, ALLOWING MYSELF TO DREAM AGAIN, and GOING AFTER WHAT’S POSSIBLE.

So I began a lifelong journey of self-discovery. I’ve hired many coaches, returned to therapy, read personal development books, started listening to personal development and business podcasts, and invested in my self-education by becoming a certified professional coach. And slowly, I started finding my voice and claiming my passions as mine. As a chronic people pleaser, I decided enough was enough. I would learn what was needed to be my true authentic self. You see, I’m not meant to fit into a one-size-fits-all box that comes from society, familial, and my negative self-critical talk.

In 2019, I started a life and leadership coaching business, and then on April 1, 2020, right as the pandemic started, I purchased a mobile veterinary practice from a fellow female veterinarian. I’ve spent the past two and half years in full visionary and expansion mode.
